Positive: Nothing Negative: Aftervtraveling over seven hundred ans fourty three miles, my room was not ready. Had to wait until about 5:50pm for a room.

Every time I come to the Ramada in Rockville center I have a wonderful experience with customer service. Ron at the front desk is helpful and kind. He is a very thorough businessman. I hope the next time I’m in town I get to see him again. I was granted the opportunity to stay in a jacuzzi room, The beds are so soft and comfy I never wanted to leave my room. The bathroom is designed beautifully, it has a luxurious feel to it. My experience here gets better and better. Thank you Ron for your wonderful service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and Ron truly made our experience special. He was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, he made sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. I called the front desk to make inquiries about the hotel and the man who answered was rude. Today I thought maybe he was having a bad day and I went onto the website to make reservations and decided to read the reviews first. I am so glad that I did, I not only see others had the same or similar problems; I also see over time none of the other problems were addressed by management or ownership. I am better off paying more money elsewhere and having a piece of mind. Shame on all of you, RVC is a beautiful town and places like this shouldn't exist in towns or cities like this one.
