Hampton Inn & Suites Rockville Centre

My husband and I stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and we found the staff to be top notch. The room we were assigned to had a slight odor (cleaning supplies?), and upon sharing my concern with Nick at the front desk, he immediately moved us to another room. He was very apologetic, said he wanted to do whatever he needed to do to make our stay comfortable. He was empathetic and sincere, and we were grateful for his understanding. The next room was clean, neat, and the bathroom was spotless. Daily breakfast is served around the fountain in the atrium space, lovely. Cecilia made each morning special for us; her glowing smile, friendly disposition, and we heard her tell each guest to please tell her what she could do for them. The staff was ever so helpful. It was a last minute request and they jumped right in it. The room was clean and well organized. The lobby area was welcoming. I wasn't thrilled with breakfast but it had good staples. Coffee was the main thing for me. Anyway, id choose this location again and again. Thank you.

We had an extended stay here for family visits and were entirely satisfied on all levels. The staff was excellent, friendly and responsive. The complimentary breakfast was as good as we have seen in any location. The atrium setting is special. Everything was extremely clean - the room, hallways, restrooms, etc. Abundant free parking. Did I mention free cookies?

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Rockville Centre has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We stayed for less than a week, and what truly stands out, and what makes this hotel so special, is the people who work here.||The front desk team is exceptionally kind, warm, and helpful. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. The ladies who manage the breakfast each morning create an atmosphere that feels just like home. They greet everyone with a cheerful “Good morning!” and always check to see if we need anything. Really nice & cozy stay at this hotel. The best around I must add. Greetings as soon as you walk in and all staff are very nice and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and quiet and bars & restaurants within walking distance. A great area to stroll,shop and more.
