I love this little motel.... It's always been clean and zero bug issues!!! Owners are very nice and the price is fair. As of September 2020 its $62 per night. Add the $5 key deposit that you get back when you return the key and its $67. The showers have amazing pressure, flat screen tv's, and the A/c works great. You're close to several convenience stores and fast food drive thru's, also close to International speedway which is the main thoroughfare to the beachside (3 miles) and the actual speedway (5 miles). To conclude, it's far from the Hilton but if you want cheap and clean this is the place!

Cheap so that's a plus. Bring your own pillow. They have two in the room but i don't think you Can even call whatever those things are pillows. Very uncomfortable. The lady that works the desk is nice but her husband is a jerk! The man has attitude for no reason. I thought it could be just a bad day but no it was every time i had to speak with him. Cheer up mister! Life isn't so bad!

We stay here twice a year, both bike rallys, and have done so for the last 10 yrs. Shelia, the owner is always fair with prices. Rooms are basic, nothing fancy but always clean. Single or double bed rooms, microwave, mini fridge, cable and wifi. No breakfast provided but there is a fantastic place just a block or two south of the hotel called Ultimate Omelet. Raintree has been perfect for us and will continue to be customers for many years to come.

I usually have no problem. And I enjoy the management. The last room i got had bed bugs. It might not be the hotels fault if they didnt know. I know a lot of times their typical visitors are street bums or hotel hoppers so they may have brought the bed bugs in with them. I hope that they fix this problem. I would also like to see some more repairs and pride taken in the property.
