We stay at Rainbow Resort for deer season, and it's just perfect. Our little cabin (#4) is cozy and rustic, but it's squeaky clean and has everything we need, and it's wonderful being right on the lake. Doug and his family are such a joy to work with! They do their best to provide everything we need - even an air compressor when we had a low tire on the truck. Every hunting season, when we get to our little cabin by the lake, we say "We're home!"
We have been camping at Rainbow for several years on Memorial Day weekend. We love the size of the campground, the friendliness of the staff, and the amenities. It is peaceful, beautiful, and easy to navigate. We love it there!
I absolutely love this place. I spent numerous vacation hours at this place and never regretted it. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also, the have so many things to do in the area and always love hearing the stories about what adventures you went on. Give them a chance and see for yourself
I had a nice time. Staff was complete with instructions on where to park and where heat controls were in the cabin. The cabin was clean and had all I needed.
My second time at Rainbow! And I will be back! Beautiful lake, fantastic trails, and wonderful staff!
