Hoot Owl Resort

If you’re looking for a laid back, on-the-water weekend, look no further! Hoot Owl is a lovely small (yet spacious!) resort, and the cabins are perfect & simple for outdoors-loving folk. Our cabin had its own little fire pit with firewood provided (sadly didn’t get to use it—it rained the night we would’ve!). Check-in & check-out are simple & easy. Heather is a fantastic communicator, and the dogs are cute as can be. Thank you!!

Most accommodating place we have stayed yet!! Very nice cabin! The beds and pillows were very comfortable the cabin was spacious and there jacuzzi was an added amenity that suited the stay. The fireplace was nice and cozy. We had an amazing time staying at this location even in the winter time.

Very quiet lakes and resort to spend a week. Free Kayaks, canoes, and cheap pontoon boat rentals. Always a good time. Restaurant is open Friday and Saturday with great food and the best chicken strips (homemade batter). Sandy beach was where the kids spent most of their time.

Beautiful resort with an amazing atmosphere. I love family owned businesses that put their heart and soul into the business. It shows how much they care by how wonderful this resort is operated and very well maintained. Thank you for making your visitors a top priority!

This is our second year w hoot owl. It was a much needed, relaxing vacation in a roomy secluded cabin with our own swimming area. We love that they have plenty of board games to choose from.
