Rainbow Fountain Motel

I try to keep it real, the very great family (and friends?) Are very considerate and honestly just expect people to act like adults and take care of themselves, as they take care of their property. Now, just the basics, no frills, except for the refrigerator, microwave, tv and wifi. The only downside is no clothes washer or dryer for customers. But I am happy feeling safe and relatively few loud noises from my neighbors and highway, no complaints. Hey, don't pay low prices and then expect caviar and champagne for room service. This is nice, quiet and safe no drugs on the lot or late night parties. I think dogs are allowed in half the rooms, and I am not sure about smoking, outside sure, but not sure about rooms. Great stay , great value. This is an old hotel however it's been recently remodeled. The rooms are large and CLEAN. Doesn't have all the amenities larger brand hotels but they have a great price. Refrigerator and microwave. Large flat screen TV with all the channels. EXCELLENT WI-FI . Family ran hotel and they are VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING. I travel all over the USA for work and highly recommend this hotel. Great value

Very clean nice rooms. The owners are very friendly and very helpful!! As soon as you have a problem they come to your door and fix it no matter what time it is. I will be recommending to all my friends and family who pass through Dade City

This place is a joke. They do not allow you to have guests. I was in a bad situation being stalked and harassed by my ex. The owners and staff were rude to me and made it seem like I was the one in the wrong when I was the victim. They threatened to call cops die to having someone with me so I felt save I even offered to pay the fee to have someone added to the room and they refused it and then made was pack up in the rain. So by the time we were done I was soaking wet. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They do not clean the rooms. The floors and bedding is gross. Bad bad bad place.

I have to say that I was treated very kindly. My room was clean and never had a problem that wasn't corrected immediately. I recommend anyone wanting a room that is clean and friendly service and they are on the list for disaster lodging. Thank God I had them when I lost my job from the hurricane. Nothing but praises for the kindness I've been shown in this time of adjustment.
