Radisson Hotel Casa Grande

Staff was amazing. Especially housekeeping. They went above and beyond and were very pleasent. I stayed in room 147 and really really appreciated the effort put into keeping my room clean and neat by the housekeeper. Job well done 👍

We had a very comfortable stay at the Casa grande Radisson, Arizona. The room is large, very clean, air-conditioning worked. , it was well supplied with bathroom essentials, was definitely a four rating would have gave it a five except for the occasional not very loud train noise, the staff were all pleasant. And would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to the area. And if we came back, we would definitely stay here again.

Positives: Very spacious and comfortable room with nice features and amenities. Friendly staff at check-in/out. Staff was helpful when asked for info/help. Negatives: It was hard to park and access the hotel when we arrived on Monday 12/8. Driving around the hotel in the dark was not a good way to start our stay, nor was having to move our car by 9am the next morning due to repaving. We were not told, nor did we see any signs that we wouldn’t get housekeeping during our 2-night stay. Fortunately, the front desk person readily brought us towels and coffee when asked. We also didn’t see any signs in our room or elsewhere about resource conservation, including water usage and recycling. Is this not a priority for Hyatt?

All of the people we dealt with at the front desk were amazing! From check-in, questions during our stay, and at check-out, the front desk people were friendly and pleasant and helped with all of our questions. The room on the second floor looked to be newly renovated and modern. The bed was comfortable and the entire room was clean. The bathroom, on the other hand, had not been renovated like the room had, and was old and worn. The bathroom sink/counter appears to be propped up on roughly painted 2x4's and the baseboard trim around the floor had large gaps between it and the old tile floor and there we many signs of water damage over the years. For the price, the hotel was good. The onsite facilities feel dated and need maintenance (elevator, musty hallways, thin walls), but the rooms themselves are nice for the rate. If they invest in improving the property overall—not just the rooms—I’d move closer to a 10 on “very likely to recommend.”
