Radisson Beachfront Hotel - Panama City Beach

A family member book this place. The facility is very dated and they don't care for the cleanliness of the exterior. However, the lobby looks nice. Our room hadn't been cleaned and it was quite evident by the toothpaste and hair left in the bathroom sink. Then there were stains on the sheets and towels. I usually make it a habit of sanitizing and wiping things down before using anything. This is when I noticed that that the sofa and floors were filthy as well. There was a hole in the wall underneath the bathroom sink where they may have repaired a pipe, but failed to repair the drywall. I only noticed that because this is where they decided to place the towels. The toilet was hard to flush. One of the bed skirts had a hole in it. They used tape on the remote due the missing back. We have stayed here quite a few time. All have been great. This is my first review and all is well except for the mattress on this specific trip. It needs to be replaced as the pillows do as well. I wanted to address this before the season starts. Doesn’t detract from my trip at all. Employees are all exception. Always courteous and willing to go above and beyond.

We have stayed here multiple times and always come back. This hotel offers amazing views and convenience to multiple restaurants and shopping. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the thermostat and they sent maintenance immediately up to assist. I have recommended this hotel to friends and family and my sister is actually booked here for her 'honeymoon' getaway next weekend.

Wonderful staff, especially Deanna. If there was any issue at all they fixed it & were very nice. I would recommend putting a broom & dustpan in the rooms because of the sand. Maybe a rug/ runner between the beds to wipe your feet before getting into bed? I will definitely come back to stay again

This is a very old bare bones hotel, so you get what you pay for but they do well with what is needed. Staff was courteous, room was well stocked, bed was comfortable, and parking was available (albeit across the street). You get a great view of the ocean with convenient beach access. The big issue is that it smells, but it was bearable with frequent room sprays and airing out the room.
