Leaving this at two stars as I was able to stay at least about 12-15 hours after an emergency of breaking down at the Arco/Pilot Fuel station. I was in a pinch with my truck breaking down. I had to call a tow truck to pull my truck to a shop, and find a way to move the RV to a safer spot. As luck would have it, my prayers were answered as Quartzite had and RV park literally across the road about 200 yards from where I unfortunately broke down. I called the first moment I knew I may be stuck for two days waiting for help to come. Only by text would I be able to reserve a spot at the park. I text and explained my situation, and was answered back immediately to reserve and take payment. I procured spot #2. However, I still had a challenge of getting the RV moved over. No frills, but very nice clubhouse - perhaps the best in all of Quartzsite. Decent showers and laundry machines - great place to coordinate rally or special events. New management is very friendly; park operates on its own without staff or greeter during Summer (April-September). Anybody leaving 3 or less stars definitely too pampered, has attitude issues, or too high of expectations for a $35/night stay.

This place used to be decent. My parents stayed here full time for a little over a year and had an agreement through september of 2025 to stay at their rate of $400/mo. (Kevin said he would honor it) Well apparently the owner stopped paying their mortgage and the rv "resort" was going into foreclosure. (Never mentioned to any of the tenants) all of the sudden this new guy Kevin shows up from California (the California part will make sense soon) and says he is now part owner and he needs to put something on the pedestal "to check things out" he then over the next month keeps trying to change the agreement on what the rent was.
