Hi Jolly Campground

Hi Jolly is BLM. You’re supposed to check in with the camp host (who will give you a notice to place in your window) and only stay up to two weeks at a time, but there’s so much space in here that it would be impossible for anyone to keep track/“police” it. As far as I know, there are no toilets here - just dusty, semi rocky space with hard- baked ground and desert brush from small to large.

Safe, quiet, FREE, basic, dry campspot, close to town.

Peaceful! Great sunrises and sunsets. Glorious mountain views.

Holly Jolly is BLM land and the standard 14 days, and move 20 miles and then you can come back at day 28, for another 14 days. The LTVA, has 4 areas with trash, potable water, and dump station.( south only for dump station )the LTVA ALSO HAS A 1 MONTH permit @ $40, allowing the TW&E Services. Lots of free BLM Land out there. Remember 14 days, move 20 miles, 14 day reset. Return to a previous spot after a 14 day reset. And the BLM, Border patrol, local, state and county officers, all keep an eye to inforce the 14 day rule. I provided a map of the Quartzsite LTVA map, and BLM Land is all around the outskirts of town remember pack it in, pack it out. Leave nothing but footprints 👣, take nothing but pictures. Return all artifacts to where you found them for others to injoiy too.

This is a really nice 14 day BLM camp area. It was not crowded or noisy. Nice views of the desert and surrounding mountains. About 3 miles north of Quartzsite. No facilities.
