Quality Suites St. Joseph

I think the best review of this hotel is "ok". It was cost-effective, the room was pretty clean and had new, laminate wood floors in the room, which was nice. The bed was comfortable, although it was just a cheap, platform bed frame so maybe not the best looking but made for a decent night's sleep. The pull-out sofa was obviously old and had what looked to be dog hair under the cushions. We didn't use it as a bed, but I noticed there were no extra sheets for it had we wanted to. The bathroom was clean enough, the shower had really good water pressure, always a plus! Our daughter seemed to enjoy her sausage and eggs at breakfast. Only downfall-we had promised our toddler some swimming and it turns out the pool was closed. We booked through Expedia so there was no mention of that on

Rooms are dirty, 1 bed had the sheets upside down with hair on it all over, bathroom smelled like pee & toilet wasnt clean on the outside noisy Tennants up stairs that didn't stop having their kids stop running back & forth, slamming doors. Price for room/quality was overrated. Pool was still broken from 2 years ago when we stayed their last. Recommend going elsewhere. Stayed in better places for cheaper.

Positive: There was nothing good to say about this hotel. Negative: This hotel was very dirty throughout and the rooms smelled horrid, like mold and mildew. There was mold all over the walls, urine stains all over the bed, even dead bugs smashed on the ceiling. Leaking ice machine by the elevator. It was just plain bad!!!

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — everything worked perfectly, and the bed was super cozy. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They made the whole experience easy and welcoming. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options like scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, and coffee. It was a great way to start the day! Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay. I’d definitely recommend this Quality Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place with great service

This hotel was ok. It was decently priced, which is what we were mainly after, so that worked out well for our needs. The room was clean, with newer laminate wood flooring, and the bathroom had a new toilet and great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast looked to be well-stocked, even though we were there around 8:30, and our daughter enjoyed her sausage links. Only con was not knowing about the pool being closed, as it wasn't listed when we booked the hotel. Our daughter was a little upset, but got over it quickly. We would have probably stayed elsewhere had we known about the pool, but overall, for a decently priced hotel in St. Joe, this is pretty solid.
