Quality Suites Moab near Arches National Park

The staff could not have been more accommodating, to the point they made breakfast early for us because we were leaving before regular breakfast hours. The selection of the breakfast isn't as varied as some of the larger Choice Hotels but it was good; scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles. Lots of choices of cereal, Danish, bagels, etc. The rooms are nice and clean, although a towel bar would be nice for wet towels. The fireplace was a very nice gathering place for us. Going in January, you don't have a lot of people in there, so it was perfect for us. Our room faced Main Street and we didn't get any noticeable traffic noise. Value was terrific. We plan to stay here again next year. Indoor hot tub is a plus

We had a reservation at a choice hotel in Moab and I had programmed the wrong address into our navigation. When we got to this hotel I was not sure if we were at the correct one so I went in around 3pm Feb 19. Hispanic male came to the desk and I explained the situation and asked if he would see if we had reservations there. He refused. Said I needed to find out where we were staying. I turned to leave and he made a very unappropriated remark and I turned back and asked if he had a problem. Told me to get out. I understand that good help is hard to find but this was uncalled for. All he had to do was look to see if we were at the right hotel. But he decided to become a jerk. I can assure you that we will never stay at this hotel as we do come to Moab often. Hope your cameras have audio.

We picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub. The price was great, too. The suite was large, plenty of room for four of us. The breakfast area is way too small and narrow. Staff was not keeping up with empty items. Great stay otherwise.

We were passing through to see the arches on our way to Texas. The town was beautiful and full of life. The hotel was big with spacious rooms that at first seemed great. After some time you can see just how unclean this hotel is. All of the outlet and light switch covers were stained yellow and full of dust. The clock and behind the tables and beds covered in dust and grime. Half of the walls covered in grime and were sticky. I would give a one star or less but the rooms were big and spacious so thats my only reason for the two star review and the fact that the town itself was great. It really doesn't take much to clean these rooms well and change the light and outlet covers. That's a cheap fix that makes this hotel seem cheap. Positive: I really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. That is the reason we booked this hotel because the pool was inside and we knew that after a long day of hiking, we would need to soak and relax. Negative: I wish that the breakfast had a little more variety. I would have liked a granola option, better yogurt options (vanilla to be specific) and maybe change up the hot items for those staying more than one night. However, what was offered was good.
