Quality Inn Windsor Mill - Baltimore

This was awful. Starting with the unfriendly lady who checked us in. Room was old and bathroom door falling apart. Bugs on bathroom sink counter. It had snowed a few days before and the lot was not clear, so we had to be careful. The sidewalk was icy and my husband fell. Fortunately he was not hurt bad, just bruised. They did hurry out and put out salt and a sign that it was slippery. Overslept and didn't make it to breakfast until 9 and they had already shutdown. Won't ever stay here again, and hate that I wasted using my rewards points on it. There was a Hampton Inn next door. Wish we had stayed there!

Our stay was good, the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. I was surprised to find that you offer smoking and non-smoking rooms. During check-in the front desk person didn't offer much information about the amenities or room until asked.

when i first entered the room it wasn’t smelling too well, so i sprayed after that i checked the water in the bathroom and it was brown and i did not want to shower in that. then the bed was making me kind of itchy because im still feeling it now as i’m typing this. i’ve came here plenty of times and it wasn’t like this but yea i had to make this complaint because this is just unacceptable in my opinion and i would like a full refund!

Spent the night recently could have been better. The room was nice, the meal even though it's considered hot was not, eggs and sausage would have been nice, waffles is not considered a hot meal. For some reason there was a guy who kept watching to see how much food people took and a woman who was cleaning tables while speaking on her cellphone and when I asked her a question, she walked away ignoring me, that's not acceptable. I do not see myself going there again.

Was broken 💔 disrespected by the hotel across the street. This one was beautiful I see the mall from my window bus is right there. Everything that was bad that happened to me at the other hotel never happened here and the gentleman here had no problem with me honoring a fallen service member and being in a veterans family and did not mind my golden light brown skin. This room is clean as new quiet and you won't need to pay a cab $25 to get to the mall or bus stop because of being on the other side of busy Route 1. I will definitely return as long as check out goes as smoothly as check in. And ironically the gentleman here looks just like the racist at the other hotel but is not like that.
