Quality Inn Washington Court House

We used Expedia to book the room. After getting to the hotel they told us that because we had booked The room through Expedia that we would have to pay an extra $100 deposit. He said if we would have booked with them we wouldn't have had to pay that. The pool was out of order, and it was the reason me and my grandson went. I even explained to him that's the reason that we come was for the swimming pool because his papa had taken him to the pool a couple months ago and promised him another trip to the pool but his papa passed away January 17th so he was explained all this even before we check in. And not once did he mention the pool was out. But once he took the deposit and gave me my room keys I had asked about the pool and he said it wasn't working. And I told him we had just spoke about

Great place to stay amenities are fantastic. Everything works nothing broke great bed, large rooms and extremely extremely clean all the way through. They also have a swimming pool though they don’t talk about it. It is great and it’s a good place to read if you’re not a swimmer. The area is Perfect. It’s quiet and very stable. Close to other restaurants.

One Bed was terrible. Springs broken making bumps in mattress..refrigerator rattled all night...and the pet fee was not appropriate...there should be one flat fee, not a fee per pet...we had 2 x 8 lb. tiny dogs that are 5 years old and well behaved, making no mess and you charged us $30 each!! So we paid $60 extra dollars for a little extra vacuuming... We rarely complain and do not expect perfection, but there were just too many issues...but we will say, the breakfast was good and the young lady at the front desk was friendly and courteous...best wishes for future endeavors...

When we checked in, the fellow was very nice, but was spending his free time sitting in a pickup truck with others in the parking lot. when we went to our room, the room had not been cleaned at all from the previous occupants, bed was unmade and dirty bedding was still on it, food containers and drink containers were still present and the dirty towels and washcloths were still in the room. The gentleman at the desk did give us another room and made sure it was clean first. The room was ok, fit to sleep in but the shower was nasty with the top layer peeling off the fiberglass tub, fixtures were old and tarnished, actually looking chalky, the bathroom door had several holes that were poorly patched with caulking, the night latch on the door was missing, in the morning we left the water run f

Stay away. The girl at the desk was friendly when I checked in. The bathroom was a joke. Above the tub look like there was water damage in the floor above was gonna cave in any minute. They obviously don’t give a crap. If you have to stay here one day, it might be OK, but more than that please go elsewhere. Trust me, it will be so worth it. This place has no curtains just. Also, not a lot of choices to go out for lunch or dinner. And don’t get me started on the breakfast. What a joke. They advertise hot breakfast and that is not true. The pictures online show bread, donuts, bagels. None were there! Run and don’t stay here! All the choice hotels, especially the Quality Inns are disgustingl!
