Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Washington Court House Jeffersonville

Overall stay was ok. Person was not available to give us our room key, and we waited. Room had a strong unpleasant odor when we got in room. Other than that it was ok. Christmas morning we went down to pool and gym, nice experience. I understand it was Christmas but breakfast was not great but we worked it. Hotel was updated that’s a positive.

We stayed here for a visit to Cedraville University. Place was clean and staff was very friendly. They had a pretty well balance breakfast including rice, lol. The hotel lobby looks like new. a perk for us was the proximmity to the school and "Bob Evans" nothing better than to have a style home cooked meal during a travel. This hotel is 1.5 hour travel from the Ark encounter in Kentucky ( Noah's life size Ark) Overall a great experience, thank you!

Positive: "" Negative: Of my three night stay, no one came to change towels, vacuum or empty the trash. I did speak with the front desk and received an apology and handed a couple of new towels. The chairs in the room were very dated and uncomfortable to sit in.

Great stay! Friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean, and the best breakfast we've had at a hotel. Our only complaint was the room faced the expressway so there was road noise. If you decide to stay, request a room facing the parking lot.

This Fairfield is conveniently located right off of the I-71 between Cincinnati and Columbus and is very near an outlet mall. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast buffet is well maintained and stocked. I highly recommend this hotel.
