Quality Inn Tomah

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making me feel welcome right away. Check-in was seamless, and I was even upgraded to a suite for being a choice member. The room itself was spotless and bathroom was neat as well. Breakfast was much better then before. I've been coming to this hotel for the past 4 years and recently I have seen a lot of improvements. Every single employee I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and eager to help. They made me feel like a valued guest, not just a booking. All in all, this hotel exceeded every expectation. I can’t wait to return and would recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

Right across the street from kwik trip truck stop. They have a pool and it seems well maintained, but older. Our room was pretty nice but our shower didn't work as expected, worked but shoddy. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars!

When we first walked in, we were hit with a very harsh bleach smell that made my throat burn — I literally had to breathe through my jacket. While I appreciate cleanliness, it felt overwhelming and uncomfortable instead of reassuring. The front desk staff was kind and friendly, which I truly appreciated. However, we were placed in a pet-friendly room that smelled strongly of cat urine. We travel with our 8-lb dog who is extremely well-behaved, and even he was anxious and pacing from the overwhelming odors. It was an awful experience on Thursday night. First we couldn't the tv to turn on and found that we thought someone took the plug..My sister crawled down on the floor with a flashlight and found it way under the dresser. Then we didn't have a whole lot of light, one of the bulbs in the bathroom was flickering and was burning out, and the light on the wall behind the tv was not working, we went down and got a new bulb and there was nothing there at all. A lamp shade was broke on the wall that kept falling off. Then my daughter was going to take a shower and the water was very minimal, and there was no hot water at all. We went down to the desk numerous times to say something but she said nothing could be done that night. My daughter ended up washing her hair in the sink with cold water. It

The rooms were dirty, the bath tubs were black, looked like mold, shower dripping constantly, missing shampoo, thin towels, hair dryer was broken, room smelled.
