Quality Inn Toccoa

This hotel is usually my choice of the hotels in my area.the owner IA always helpful and kind.i have never had a bad experience here until today.i have never had a issue being able to obtain a room for the night until now.there was a new clerk that I had never seen or had any prior encounters with.right from the get go she was very rude and unfriendly.then she told keep that a room was a different rate than what I had paid at least 10 different occasions.and when I said that the price wasn't what I normally paid she informed me that it was today.she was also o the phone with a male that they was making fun of the fact that she was overcharging me for the room.then she's informes me that I was on a no stay list.this was the most awful experience I had ever had here at this really nice pla

Bathtub was slippery, I almost fell. Had to settle with just wiping off. No hot water. No continental breakfast. I was told, "they were under maintenance ".

Room is great, and it's really quiet and peaceful here. Fair price.

I had a reservation, I showed up, and there was nobody working so I couldn’t check in. lmao come on now

If you want coffee or breakfast you are out of luck!! Breakfast area not open before 730 Otherwise it's a quiet place
