Quality Inn Three Rivers

Booked online , went inside to check in noticed a no vacancy sign. Asked the man working the front desk about it and told him I booked online . I told him give me a minute I'll grab my phone to show him and he went back into his office and shut the door and never picked up the phone. I found a lady that was cleaning the rooms and she was very sweet and very nice but told me they were renovating , but the open sign is on at the entrance there's no notice anywhere that they are doing renovations to the building. Also noticed that they're were people stating there. Never again will I try to book a room here in the near future!

My stay here at the Quality Inn was very relaxing. The clerk was extremely understanding when I said I would be getting in after midnight. She had my room key and everything was ready for me the moment I arrived. The room was simple and had all the amenities I needed. Clean and well kept, I had no issues of any kind with the room. Breakfast was delicious, and I was even able to enjoy it outside in the fresh air at one of the outside dining tables. Probably would have enjoyed it more in the autumn months, but that's the weather for you. It's definitely a recommended place to stay if traveling up and down Interstate 37.

I was moved 4 times due to unsatisfactory rooms.. 1st room door lock was broken.. could not secure .. 2nd room double beds smelled horrid and bedding was not clean.. 3rd room was upstairs and was extremely dusty… I stayed overnight sleeping on the bed by the door.. I was assured that the duration of the 7 day stay would be in a downstairs acceptable room.. the morning of 11/11 I was moved downstairs to the 2nd room which per Laura would be “terminally cleaned”… it was more acceptable as the smell was eradicated.. the linens appeared clean for the most part.. Although the covers on the beds appeared to have seen better days… appeared to have nail polish on the comforter.. This is a repeat stay as I have stayed in this Quality Inn in the past… Laura was awesome each time and again did he

This is on of the.most getto places to stay. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON LINE Had to wait hrs for chech in. Lobby smelled bad and was musty and dark. Food area was filthy and not maintained. Nothing at all look like the pictures on line. Many of my family members canceled their booking. They were here for my daughter's wedding. Nobody room.was ready when checking in or it was dirty. I didnt have an option to.leave due to have already paid my for my rooms. And didnt want to lose my money.

This place was so bad the room smelled so bad, the bathroom had mold on the walls, the Continental breakfast was crappy waffle maker didn’t work at all, cereal dispenser didn’t work had to pour cereal into a bowl for my kid from the dispenser. There was a horrible smell the second you walked into the lobby. The ice machine didn’t work at all and they said that the hotel was completely booked, but you can tell that there were multiple vacant rooms. I will never be staying here again I will drive the extra miles to stay at the Hoilday Inn in George West.
