Wow this place is amazing. Best park in the three rivers area! 295 a month, my electric bill was low even in the summer. The manager is so sweet. Shade trees everywhere, wifi is strong, and all of us got phone service which is rare in the area.

Probably the cleanest park in the area. You can tell the ladies who run the place really care about making your stay nice. The rec room was a nice surprise. Shooting some pool and watching TV with the guys is much better than being cramped in an RV the whole time. Definitely coming here again if I get more work in the area.

Decent if you are looking for a place to stay while working in the area or if you don't intend to be in the park much. Several dogs run free in the park so be prepared to clean up after them. Road noise even in the back is loud. Construction company behind is loud too. "Dog area" isn't fenced so if your dog is a runner this won't work for you. Ours does well with this so having a place to let her play was nice. Laundry room and rec area are clean and nice. The crawfish shrimp and crab people being their on the weekend was great!

Very rude staff. While me and my little one (5 yr old)was doing laundry, we were ask to stay quiet. Said my little one was making to much noise. We have our dog with us also. She is an outside dog on a secure line. We were told our dog had to stay in her kennel all the time. Staff also talked highly of the rec room which was nothing.

This place was absolutely amazing. We loved the shade trees and the community here was very friendly. I wish we could've stayed longer. Jennifer and Angie did everything they could to make us feel right at home. I look forward to coming back when my husband gets his next job
