Quality Inn Thomson

the outside was a dump area. Trash all around the parking lot, unkept hedges and landscape. The breakfast area was dirty and unkept with supplies. Had to ask for everything that looked to be offered but not there. The Inn person couldn't stay off his phone to help get supplies replaced, from food to serving ware. The inside of the room was exceptable. This was the worst place we have every stayed.

Older hotel that's been updated. The bed was comfortable for my 1 night stay. There is truck parking beside the hotel that accommodated my pickup and trailer. The only complaint I have is the amount of light coming into the room from the window makes it look like daylight outside. Better curtains would be great.

The mattress covers were covered with pee stains, we showed the pics to the man at the front desk and he refused to give us a refund. Rooms are not cleaned. Please inspect these beds before you sleep in them. We have driven over 15 hours today, we used 95.39 of our money that we are out of and we didn't ha e money to pay for another room so we're doing another 3 and a half hours home.

Advertised a hot breakfast...Only had 1 hot item and that was waffles. I asked for a wakeup call and did not get it. When I asked why, the reply was the phone did not work and they knocked on the door. I was just inside the door and sure I would have heard it.

Quality Inn is well located. The room rate is reasonable. The rooms are clean. The owners are accommodating. Only negative is the “ breakfast buffet “ ( and use that term lightly ). No bread or pastries. If you don’t want a waffle , you are out of luck.
