Quality Inn & Suites Warren

The room was nice, but the furniture has seen some use. We were very happy we could bring our dog. The large was very nice. I would replace the TV in the bedroom, as the remote does not turn on or off the television directly. It would also be nice if the breakfast would last until 10am in the weekends.

When i woke up in the morning I woke up to a little fella running across the floor into the bathroom.(Roach)when I went downstairs to tell the manager on duty he advised me that it was a good thing I was checking out soon and they would have a look. So I decided to check out right then and there.. next thing is breakfast .. there was only 1 sausage and 1 Egg to eat. I asked the manager if there was more in the making? He says he'll put the sausage in the microwave now and will return soon. He apologized and blamed the overnight worker for doing nothing. Once the sausage was done I took 3. The eggs weren't going to be cooked because they had no more the manager told me. Once I bit into the sausage it was raw in the middle. If there were an option, I would have given this extremely dirty Quality Inn 0 stars instead of 1. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a non-smoking room at the Quality Inn in Warren, PA, but the room reeked of smoke the moment I walked in. It was late (around 7:30 PM), and I was too exhausted to inspect everything properly — a mistake I deeply regret. There was no shampoo, no shower gel, and the sheets were absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, I woke up the next morning and found a note hidden under the comforter — clearly left by a previous guest — that read: “IF YOU ARE READING THIS NOTE, the entire sheet[s] are dirty.” That says it all. Had a bad night sleep and had woken up at 2-3am went to go to the bathroom real quick and saw more than 10 cockroaches scurrying around. Babies, big ones the room was infested with. Would give 0 stars if I could slept in my car

Aside from the constant buzz that came from the refrigerator, that I unplugged. The room was liveable. Shower curtain holder looked like it was barely hanging on. My biggest complaint was the non existent breakfast. I went downstairs with two of the three people in our party at 7:00. In the warmer there was 9 sausage links, and about 12 egg patties, no syrup in the dispenser for the waffles. I went to the front desk and woke up the guy behind the counter and ask for syrup and some pepper and catsup and if he could make more sausage since we had one more person coming down. The response was we don't have pepper or catsup and I could make more sausage but it's going to take a while. I guess it was to much and he never brought out any sausage. This place is a dump!!!
