Days Inn by Wyndham Warren

I stay there for one day. My hotel was pay already and the charge more than three hundred in my card. I call a few time before I can speak to a manager.i pay and I was suppose to include breakfast and they don't have nothing. I ask they said false advertisement we don't serve breakfast. Ask for a coffee maker for the room they refuse. Room was short for towels,only one garbage for the room, no coffee, or one table to share for both bed. No instalation for cell phones. Very nasty staff at the desk. Horrible, horrible experience. Wait more than a week to get my money back. The manager said that it was a mistake they charge the room before me to my card for payment.They don't offer anything.

The hotel was undergoing renovations. Construction was on the first and second floors and only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. Our room was clean and stocked with towels and toiletries. 307 was quiet. Breakfast was not available due to the construction but coffee was available. Had to ask for do not disturb sign as not kept in room. Could use a smart TV so people could use their apps for viewing. Location is nice right next to Betts Park which is nice to walk in or play on new pickleball courts.

I would have been fine with a dinky hotel for a single night but everything about this place was shady. They assigned me a room that... already had a tennant?! When asked how that could happen "everything is messed up on the sheet." When asked how I would know that it wouldn't happen in the next room assigned to me the front desk receptionist said she would come with me to check the room for me. WHAT? How is that the answer? How would I ever know that someone wouldn't get the key to my door if I accepted the room? Such a blatant security risk. I left and thankfully was refunded by Expedia. I rarely leave negative reviews but I wish I had read a review like this before I booked. Parking lot was also not well lit at all. Stay safe out there.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. Negative: Toilet kept running after every flush. Had to take off lid and adjust inside flapper. Pool was closed both days. Coffee was too strong. No breakfast.

Long motorcycle trip. Tired. Paid and did the check-in both online the day prior to ease getting my room. Take off my gear and get into the shower. After a moment I glance down to see the bottom of the shower curtain covered in black mold (see pics) I stood away from that side and rinsed the soap off and got out. When later asking the front desk staff for info on pizza or Chinese delivery, I mentioned how disgusting it was in my shower and that they should change the curtain. She apologized and asked if I wanted a different room. I repeated that I had already showered and it was too late. And I was exhausted. I even mentioned that it made me sad because I write about every detail of my travels in a blog with many folks following. Her only reaction was that she’d have the manager talk to me
