Quality Inn & Suites Thomasville I-85

Management extorted me for an extended period of time. I have multiple disabilities with a service dog in training. I advised the management of this and he said that he would waive the pet fees he'd been forcing me to pay if I could supply an ID and documentstion of my disabilities and Service Animal. Is (Illegal) but I, in good faith, paid for documentation of said Service Animal ($100+) and paid out of pocket for a psyche eval (to have an uptodate diagnosis = $100+ ) he attempted to force me to pay again, I told him I brought documentation he asked for and in response banned me (also illegal) and refused to provide options to stay without the service animal (also illegal). He made false allegations in attempt to justify and discredit me. (Illegal) the best he could come up with was that

The room was not comfortable at all. The sheets and pillows cases had to be changed because they were dirty. The bed frames were very HARD and squeaky and noisy and needed to be cleaned. The bathtub had hair in it and the toilet was too low to the floor. The refrigerator was wobbly and the microwave halfway worked. The breakfast was not good at all, didn’t really have a variety to chose from. And to top it off there was plastic over the window and we couldn’t see out the window. I really didn’t enjoy my stay at all. Then couldn’t even get my honors points.

The staff was nice and the room was clean.breakfast was ok. Restaurants and gas stations are close to the property.the rooms with Jacuzzi is only a few dollars more than your standard room, it's absolutely worth it.

We stayed two nights while visiting family nearby. The front desk checked me in with no wait. My room was clean, and the bedsheets felt crisp and cool against the skin. My husband used the WiFi to catch up on work, while I relaxed with fresh coffee in the lobby. I also appreciated the smoke-free property, which kept everything fresh, and I even used the exercise room to stretch out before heading out.

My main reasons for this score is when I pulled up to park & go check-in, I parked beside a Volkswagon Passat with a busted back window & 2 year old expired tags. Then there was a Expedition with no front License plate & flat tires that looked like had been there a while too. The area was very sketchy & close to a Homeless Shelter too. Diane at front desk who was super nice assured me it was a safe area & did report the vehicles which were gonna be towed the next day!!
