Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Thomasville/High Point/Lexi

My room seemed well cleaned, beds were comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, but lacking a coffee maker. The free breakfast was pretty typical with cereal, muffins, waffle bar, etc. You can tell renovations have been underway, as you can smell the new paint, etc. For the money, it is absolutely worth the stay.

Paid for queen size bed and endup with double. The room was clean. The breakfast was joke. 4 bananas, and only other thing had was waffles. Coffee tastes like made yesterday. Hallway carpet was nasty. Never again at this location. I have stayed at other Microtel and was always nice. I think the management just didn't put much energy into the place. No excuse for giving us single beds when paid for queen.

First night not bad in the morning bugs were coming out from behind the min fridge. They moved me to another room

The walls are paper thin, so all the road noise is very loud in the room. Half the outlets didn't work,so they actually had a power strip to plug the frig and microwave into. Neither did either of the lamps by the bed. The room was clean, but old and not up kept.

Beautiful view from the 3rd floor plenty of natural light. Lovely bay window velvet window seat very relaxing. Bed very comfortable and relaxing. Linen comfort had a stain, that couldn't be removed by washing it was noted on the bed. Room very clean. Touch of old repairs work noticed, could benefit from touch up. Bathroom towels in our room was not snow white, several was dingy but clean. They did provide ample enough. The breakfast was scantily. Enjoyed the waffle. Orange and apple juice dispenser the juice tasted sour. No fresh fruits present. Front desk clerk did go in the back and throw a banana in the bowl upon arrival. Customer service average. All the rooms are located inside, that's great for safety. I would stay again, because the rooms was quiet reasonable. Felt safe there. Ther
