Quality Inn & Suites Sequim at Olympic National Park

Robin at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. She was probably one of the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve run into after traveling lot from hotel to hotel. The room was nice and comfy, very clean. Overall the experience was great.

Positive: Staff was great! No extra charges for the dogs. Great location right next to Applebees. Pool open until midnight for adults. Nice clean jacuzzi. Lots of nice touches such as free bottles of water and chips. Lots of towels and great rooms. Negative: Will stay again! Over exceede our expectations!

Very friendly and helpful Give her a raise😁The hotel was nice and clean and the rooms and bed was just great!! To top everything off. The breakfast area was big and plenty of good tasting food. Plenty of seating...And the wonderful guy working there (Eric)was one friendly and good guy)Be proud of your staff😍

We planned to stay for 3 nights during our December holidays before moving on to other places. Our experience was so good that we decided to return on our journey home. I have never seen a hotel in this price point with such excellent service and house keeping. I noticed that they called out pet room and then took all linens out to wash and did extra cleaning on that room. Only con is that the walls are thin so you can hear other guests.

The room was neat as a pin! The bed was comfortable, the breakfast great, and the motel and grounds are very nice. There’s a nice pool and hot tub which I didn’t use . Kids were in the hot tub, so I avoided it. Kids should stick to the pool and leave the hot tub for adults. But my only real complaint is that I didn’t sleep very soundly because there was noise—thumps, bumps, the sound of toilets flushing, an alarm going off right by my head on the other side of the wall that went on for a good 30 minutes until someone shut it off. More soundproofing would earn a 5 from me.
