Quality Inn & Suites Pinedale

Receptionist was very helpful and kind. Hotel was very accommodating of my medical alert dog. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The hotel interior seems newly redone (minus room bathrooms, but everything works well and is clean). This was a clean, quiet, safe, place to stay when the pass was too icy to drive through.

Front desk person was very accommodating and helpful, Brian also change our room to a first floor room, when he noted that both my wife and I have difficulty negotiating stairs with luggage. When we turned on the TV, the channels would not change, I called the front desk and Brian came to our room and had to reset the Direct TV receiver box. He had to move the dresser out of the way in order to do that, he went out of his way to be helpful, great employee.

We had a suite for our family of 5 and it was perfect size after driving all day. The pool was a little cold but the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Our rooms were up to date. I wish the beds were a little newer but it was a great place. Breakfast was the perfect size. Too many choices cause our kids to take forever to choose. If we take this route home we will stay again.

The rooms were in rough shape. One window was left cracked open before we arrived, letting bugs in (no screen). One room a/c didn't cool the room down much during the whole stay. The other room a/c also was in poor condition, though it eventually cooled the room off. We used the hot tub, but it was warm, not hot. One guy from our group asked for another towel from the front desk and they threatened to charge us if the towel count was off and asked for his room number. A lady came after him for the same thing and they gave it to her with no questions asked. Nobody was present at the front desk at any point during our stay. We had to push a button for something like a ring doorbell to get any help. Overall, there was no "quality" in the accommodations and it cost $400/ night for the two room
