Lakeside Lodge

Looked for a place to just chill on our way to MT. This fit everything we needed. Very peaceful and the lake is beautiful. Our cabin was next to another group but it was still quiet. Recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful setting with everything you need.

This place is great. I only gave it a 4 for the rooms because the cabins are technically 2 cabins together. That doesn't bother me a bit except that dogs are allowed (which we were grateful for) so any barking in the cabin next door can cause a stir with your own pets. Still, way better than a hotel and they had wonderful accommodations to welcome our dog. They go to great care to make sure the rooms are still taken care of if there is a pet. We loved the stay and proximity to everything we were doing in Pinedale. Even got to see a furry fox while there. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Beautiful location- loved the in room fireplace too. Sooo much nicer than a hotel room and can't wait to stay again. A true gem, thank you! Negative: We stayed in a duplex cabin and could hear everything going on in the adjacent room. It would be perfect to rent for your kids so they(and you) could have your own space.

1 star for the lovely lady who checked us in, and only 1 other star for the cute cabin/location. Maybe 20 minutes after we checked in, we could hear every single move of the people staying next to us. We were strongly considering going back to the check in and requesting a different room but, they closed at 5pm. Our neighbors had a dog, and 2 kids. We didn’t see them, but mannnn could you hear them. One of the 2 kids only allowed us to sleep maybe 3 hours on and off because they were SCREAMING the whole night. I wish I could put a video on here of what we heard. It was like the toddler was in our room… The other was kid running around. Then, we heard a dog bark. After a long day skiing, all we wanted was a good nights rest. We tried ear plugs and that was nothing short of a failed solution

Lakeside is always wonderful to go to in the winter. It's one of a kind. They welcome your pets and make everything accommodating and beautiful. I've never had the opportunity to stay in the summer but we only live 40 minutes away and it's always fun to stop in at Lakeside and eat if you have time. Always recommend this place!! Even if they don't leave a key in the night box they answer their phones and will give you the code. Thank you as always.
