Quality Inn & Suites Orland Park - Chicago

I recently stayed at Quality Inn and had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was professional and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and get good rest. The location was convenient, and overall the stay met my expectations for comfort and value. I would consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable option.

Great hotel…always clean & comfy… & excellent staff! “Kristin” the Manager of the hotel always treats me with the utmost kindness (as if I were family) & goes above & beyond to make sure I’m happy with my stay! And “Lisa” the Front Desk Manager always takes great care of me & makes sure all the little things that I care about & all my needs, are met! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!

We hadn't been here in almost two years, but it is very close to friends we were visiting, and we are Quality Inn fans. Our room was very comfortable, and even though it was on the first floor, it was very quiet. It probably helped that we were at the very end of the hall. Wifi was good. Room amenities were fine. My complaint is that the breakfast was pathetic. This is a VERY busy Quality Inn. You'd think they could offer some choices at breakfast. There wasn't much. 2 waffle makers. (Yawn). There are some lousy egg patties (yuck) and sausages. Oh and toast. That was about it. They really could provide more variety and more options. I"ve stayed at much smaller Quality Inns and had wonderful breakfasts. Not here. So disappointing.

Due to weather delay I arrived late afternoon into Chicago. I searched hotels in the Orland Park area and locked in a great 1-night rate. Upon checking in Colleen generously switch room to king size bed. I truly needed the rest. In the morning Yesenia (front desk) was super pleasant asking about my stay and if there's anything I needed before checking out. Both Colleen and Yesnia should be acknowledged for making my Quality Inn experience comfortable and relaxing. You hired the right people! --Sam

Extremely OUTDATED ,the heating/ air conditioning system didn't work. Sheets worn and kept coming off . TV didn't work. Loose toilet seat,no exhaust fan in bathroom. Place smells musty, dirty smelling. Some lights in room didn't work. Overpriced for a king room. Not much of a Continental breakfast. Strongly advise looking somewhere else folks. Not a good choice
