Essence Suites

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Essence Suites in Orland Park, IL! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The Jacuzzi and steam room absolutely rocked — so relaxing and exactly what we needed for a getaway. There were plenty of towels available (which I truly appreciated!), and the complimentary pizza was such a nice touch. The fireplace made the room feel cozy and romantic. A special thank you to Amelia — she was beyond kind, down to earth, and treated us like family. Her warm and welcoming spirit made our stay even more memorable. We will definitely be returning❤️

10/10 Customer Service was truly amazing want to give a big shoutout to AMELIA for going above and beyond to make my experience a 10/10. I went for Sweetest Day Weekend and the room was amazing, clean , fresh, and also came with a on the house heart pizza. The pizza was very delicious got delivered to the room and also the staff decorated the room with rose pedals which came with the room the (Super Essence Suite). Thank you AMELIA so sweet and nice thank you again for helping me and making me experience amazing and stress free. Highly recommend will be returning call and ask for AMELIA

I have found my retreat!!! I kinda don’t want to do a review because I don’t want people to find out about it and ruin it! Very pleasant staff, and the room was so freaking cute!!! Shout out to Amelia and Malinda for making our Anniversary a memorable experience! Safe to say we will back again!!!

Cleaning crew definitely needs to slow down and take their time when cleaning in-between guests. There was definitely something slimy on the hot tub that made it to where we definitely didn't feel comfortable using it. Even if we had felt comfortable using it, the cold water knob was very tempermental. Lost track of how many times I had to spin it before it would finally properly shut off. The wall that separates the hot tub and shower is ridiculously hot, despite that being the obvious spot to lay back against to watch TV while relaxing in the hot tub. My wife ended up hurting her foot due to a step that is difficult to see due to it matching both the top and bottom floor. Wife was woken up at 6 AM and couldn't fall asleep due to hearing the loud water in the room behind ours, so definite

*Update* we still haven't gotten our refund that was promised. Also we did NOT stay in the room more than 15 mins. So I expect a full refund. We literally went and stayed at the Holiday Inn instead. Attempted to stay here a few weeks ago, but when my husband and I entered the room, we were very disappointed. The floors were literally slimy.. the bathtub was dirty, and the bed sheets had cigarette burns. I was honestly afraid we would get bedbugs if we stayed. I called the front desk within 5 minutes to complain about the slimy floors, then was told that maintenance would be there in 2 mins. We waited another 10 mins but maintenance never showed and when my husband checked in, he was told if we are in the room more than 15 mins then we can't get our money back . So we left the room
