Quality Inn & Suites North Montgomery

Canceled my reservation without notifying me or Travelocity, no reason given. Travelocity reports that this location violated their agreement with them due to this cancelatio. Another person in our group had their reservation canceled also without notice, and they booked on the quality inn corporate website. I would stay away from this location. Dear Quality Inn, How am I to leave any comments on your survey link without a link? I see you post a lot of replies like that without a survey link. I was not a guest due to you canceled my reservation without explanation. I would be happy to fill out the survey if you would find my booking and email me one.

Slept soundly all night without disturbance. Room was clean. I mean spotless. Bed so comfortable I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow 😴.

There are several reasons I would not reccommend: the staff could be a lot friendlier. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk just looked at me and waited for me to say hello or something before talking. She did not have a friendly face on at all. Once I got checked in, I went to my room. On the way I noticed that there is a very musky smell, like mold and mildew within the hotel. The hallway carpets were stained. On the way to my room on the 1st floor, I passed by the ice machine and the washer and dryer - in the hallway! Not in a room off the main hallway, not in a cubby - the actual hallway, right next to several rooms. Then I get to my room. The air is more musky than in the hallway. I go into the bathroom and the first thing I notice is the toilet seat has seen better days. It loo

Overall|I would never come back to this place or recommend anyone come here to stay unless you had no other options. Any “updates” they have made I would question as to what they are actually covering up underneath.||The first room we were given smelled like mildew and mold from the moment we walked in. Then we noticed the bed covers all had cigarette burns despite it being no smoking rooms. When we checked the sheets they were dirty and smelled like they had not been changed. We asked for another room and once again the room smelled like mildew and mold but the sheets and coverings seemed clean. Very clean rooms..good price ..close to restaurant's but at the same time out the way of a lot of traffic. Big bathroom. Even in the single bed rooms..good breakfast
