Quality Inn & Suites Monterey I-40

We come up to visit family twice a year and have tried many different hotels but I think we found our hotel home to stay at for every visit here on out. Wonderful people. The staff was very helpful. Made us feel at home. Breakfast was good, coffee and everything. We will definitely be back.

Recently renovated property with very clean rooms and comfortable setup. Breakfast had good options and everything was fresh. Staff was polite and professional. Overall a smooth, hassle-free stay.

Positive: Clean rooms! Great location! Negative: One staff person and their poor customer service will keep us from ever staying again even though we pass through this area several times a month.

I took a hot shower at 5pm but my husband didn’t have hot water at 9pm. When the 2nd shift staff washes towels and sheets from the day it always causes the rooms hot water to be unavailable. Maybe turn the water heater to an effective level for the guests or get different water Hester the rooms.

Charity made my guest experience 5 stars. She helped get me a room over the phone during a dangerous snow storm, and was very sweet. I had an issue with the hot water, and she made sure she got me a better room and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional.
