Quality Inn & Suites Goldendale

Me and my Fiance stayed at this hotel while visiting family who live in town. Its a pretty standard hotel, nothing fancy. Very limited amenities. There is an outdoor pool but it being March we were not able to make use of that. The Bed was clean and comfortable along with the rest of the room, decent sized TV with lots of channels. The shower pressure was very weak so if you like a high pressure shower you will be disappointed. The hotel staff was very kind & attentive so we appreciated that. Overall not a bad place to stay but if you are in search of luxury stay go elsewhere.

Hotel staff are wonderful! Always pleasant when I check in and out. Housekeeping said good morning with a big smile as we walked by to breakfast. Hotel is older but is always clean. Breakfast offerings are great given the small kitchen area they have to work with.

We have stayed at this hotel often. Each time it becomes more run down and dirty, but this time it was SO absolutely filthy that the desk clerk (Shentel) could not apologize enough. In fact, it was so bad, this is the first time we've taken pictures of a hotel for a review. Wish they turned out better, so you could be even better warned.|After seeing the dirty floors, LOTS of hair on the bathroom floor, and the filthy table tops, she said, she was horrified. Food crumbs and cup ring stains on the table! One wipe of the TV stand, had a wipe so filthy that she kept it to show cleaning staff. Floor not vacuumed at all. Shentel was very diligent on trying to find us accommodations to make up for it. We settled on the Jacuzzi Suite. It was much cleaner, but as we settled in, we realized it too

Dotti provides exceptional customer service and she is extremely friendly! She made our stay that much more enjoyable. The rooms are very clean and for the price, you can't beat the value. Love upgrading to a suite as well! The breakfast is outstanding.

I enjoyed my stay of two weeks here. Rooms are spacious, clean, with a nice view of the mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfy. The water takes a minute to get hot but dont be fooled, it will get to temp given time. Breakfast was ok. There's B&G,s and waffles. Very quiet! Could tell the walls were thick. Right next to the gas station. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area for work.
