Quality Inn & Suites Glenmont - Albany South

Room wasn’t very clean; seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed, bathroom floor had hair and dirt along the floorboard. The water out of the faucet in the bathroom would not run cold and was cloudy/grey. There was no security guard/privacy latch- looks like it had been ripped off multiple times- with an exterior door it would have been nice to have added security.

Its certainly OK, nothing to special but not too bad. The room was a bit dirty, like literal dirt on the bathroom walls. Breakfast was OK. Didn't have to much noise, and the climate control worked. The place has electric vehicle chargers, and they work. The pricing on them doesn't make sense for a hotel. They charge you per hour after the vehicle is finished, which means if you charge overnight you have to get up in the middle of the night to stop charging to avoid additional fees. Doesn't make sense to do that as I was the only person using the EV chargers and they have like 10 of them, so staying parked at it while I'm done charging doesn't impact anyone else.

The room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable and I slept very well. Everything was so clean. Fresh sheets and linens. It was very quiet as well. And the pool was wonderful and warm and clean. Thank you so much. I will be booking another stay in the near future. The staff were very nice to me as well

The room had two different types of unpleasant odors. One when you walked in and another that I assumed came from the bathroom vent. The room also had a problem with ants. I killed what I saw but more appeared throughout my stay. I liked the hours of the breakfast but the eggs and sausage were cold and I had to use the microwave to reheat and I had to provide my own ketchup because the only condiment available besides syrup was hot sauce. I did appreciate that the room was serviced to add clean towels and remove the garbage but I did find old pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom when I was killing ants. I feel that overall the things I listed could easily be fixed and that is why I scored four and the bed was comfortable so I cannot complain about that.

Will never return. Didn't even want to stay after we checked in but u fortunately we had no other options last minute. Bed had dirty sheets w stains. The entire hotel including the room had a strong foul odor and the sketchy people staying at the hotel made it feel very unsafe with small children w me.
