Quality Inn & Suites Fort Worth - Fossil Creek

The lobby had a horrible smell I could not get over. The room itself smelled odd and the WiFi was an issue both nights I stayed. I was on the bottom floor and the people in the room above me were stomping so horribly I could not sleep, so the ceiling must have been paper thin. The staff were very friendly but I was waiting at the front desk for a while before I was helped. The towels smelled liked urine and smoke even though I was in a non-smoking room. It’s very much a “you get what you pay for” hotel. The sheets had some light stains and the mattress was too firm for me but otherwise it was fine. The breakfast was great all things considered. I definitely would not stay again.

Horrible experience with staff. When I first got there, my girlfriend and I waited over 30 minutes before getting checked in because nobody was at the front desk or anywhere near the front. There was half a blunt on the ground in front of the desk and the staff didn't seem to care. Most all of the towels and sheets had old stains on them and the room had a weird smell. For the price I paid, I expected better out of them. Won't be going back.

Very clean hotel. I did not receive the requested items noted on booked reservation upon arrival... such as extra towels and pillows. I waited at front desk, upon entering to check-in, approximately fifteen minutes or more before an employee became present? Pool and hot tub were nice, but more pool area seating seems to be needed? I asked for an extra hour for checkout time but was only allowed an extra thirty minutes. My allowed checkout time was now 11:30 am, yet housekeeping interrupted my sleep at 10:45 am and again at 11:10 am... even after explaining I had the extended checkout time?

Positive: The bed was soft but questionable Negative: The staff and hidden charges, the find any reason to add charges to the stay. They didn't even give us towels. They wanted to charge for everything and offered nothing. The restroom was nasty

The man who checked up in at 5pm was very kind and helpful when our key card didnt work the second time. The man for the morning shift was rude since he didnt let me use the lobby restroom. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. We would stay here again
