Quality Inn & Suites Exmore - Eastern Shore

When you have a pet friendly hotel, You don’t expect to pay $80 Plus tax extra for a room on top of the room fee. $180 in Exmore! That’s DC prices. Very basic and hoping to god we don’t leave with more than we came with. Why are there no regular pillows? Three little rolled up foam inserts. So bizarre Definitely won’t stay again.

We were under the impression that this was a Hotel when we booked. In fact, most rooms are accessed from outside (I consider this a Motel). After being reassigned to an inside room, I discovered all the outside doors were zip tied open, so there was zero security anywhere. Anyone can simply walk in at any time. Additionally, there was no thermostat in the room. You control temperature by spinning the hotter/colder know, then waiting 15-30 minutes to make another adjustment. We arrived tired and got very little sleep because we were began wanking un for being too hot - then too cold.

Clean. The hotel has been here for a while. The rooms have been renovated with faux wooden floors, no carpet. Clean, simple and neat. TV was located on dresser in front of the only mirror in the room other than the bathroom. Bathroom updated. Shower fixtures do show some signs of the old. Bathroom in general was clean with same flooring as main room. Water pressure and shower head, excellent. HVAC floor unit works fine and is quieter than similar units in other hotels but is dated. Manager and staff were very attentive. Do not recommend for honeymooners but for short family stays or business, yes. Outdoor pool very clean and inviting. In general, good value for the price.

Very nice staff. Very professional and friendly. Two things let the hotel down: the charge for my two pugs, 40 dollars each...crazy. The second, the quality of the bathroom walls , tub and shower. Other than that, the room was clean and everyone was very friendly.

We have stayed here many times, to visit our grandchildren. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and stocked. There's a decent area out back for pet walking. The Pet Fee is rather steep, however.
