Quality Inn & Suites East Troy I-43

This was by far one of the nicest Quality Inn and Suites we’ve ever stayed in. Our room was spacious and everything seemed new– the bed was super comfy! The pool and hot tub area was also great. We were able to bring our pup so he got to experience a hotel for the first time, which was awesome. We will definitely be coming back for our snowboard trips. A huge shout out to Terri as well….she was amazing!

Unfortunately, this hotel is not reliable. I would never recommend staying here as a wedding party / block. I called in February to get a room block for my wedding in October. I stopped in the owner took me on a tour and then said, "Have people book early because if there is an event in the area, we will sell out quick." I questioned the actual block many times and there was never one made he never even took my name down. I was nervous and I told people to book early so a lot of us booked right away in February. The price gouging is outrageous for this hotel, as many people couldn't stay because the rates kept going up and up. THEN the week of the wedding guests were contacting me that the owner of this hotel was calling them asking if they would cancel their rooms as he had renovations go

VK is extremely helpful. He helped me find this page so I could leave a review. We stayed there around the 13th of December. They were warm, helpful, accommodating. Terri was gracious and asked if there was anything we needed. The pool was fun and the hot-tub was amazing for soar muscles. Thank you Quality Inn for making my daughter's Birthday that much more special! 😊

Positive: it was clean the price was reasonable, and only 10 minutes away from where we were going, They were very accommodating we needed a handicapped room at the last minute, were able to provide. The breakfast was the normal at hotels. Negative: ""

Fantastic hotel for 2 stars. You got all you need for the budget plus pool and Jacuzzi. Spacios rooms with soft beds. Not sure why other people complain but you can't beat the price and quality. Will stay here every time I go skiing in Alpine Vall which is 3 minutes away.
