Quality Inn & Suites Clemmons I-40

Booked a king size bed. They put me in a full size bed and I'm a big guy so this was really upsetting and uncomfortable. Service was awful but I never expect good service anyways. Only 2 things came out his mouth was he needed a deposit and no smoking. Everywhere else I go they give me a brief check in, check out times. Breakfast ext. This guy nothing. I also booked through my rewards. I'm guessing booking through rewards makes you look like broke person Because that's exactly how I felt I was being treated. Wanted to extend my stay because of the winter storm. I will never book here again. Place did look nice though

When I went to turn on the jets of the jacuzzi suite, nothing but mold came out. The shampoo bottle was also half used. The remote was missing a battery. Would NOT recommend.

You get what you pay for. This place was half the price of other hotels. The room had a strange smell, but besides that, it was fairly clean.

Positive: Room had been renovated. Was clean. Unexpected quality from said Quality Inn. Negative: 1. AC unit in Rm 214 did not work that well. Smelled musty. Didn't respond quickly to changes in set point. I put the room number so staff will know to have a look.2. Bath a little small for a big person but not terrible.

Get to the room toilet is clogged front desk said come get a plunger really??? It Doesn't work then the front desk comes says oh you have to hold the handle down 5 seconds so it will flush like that's normal. Mold on 2 of tubs didn't see the 3rd tub, missing baseboard on the wall behind the toilet in shower room, cracked wall next to tub Small hole behind door not from door stop, ceiling cracking in living room oh and the toilet seat is peeling so when you sit on it you get poked. The occupants in the other 2 rooms had issues also. 1 room he woke up with a roach. I will never go to this place ever again. Don't forget the dirty mop smell in the lobby.
