Quality Inn & Suites Circleville

The breakfast was sub par from our previous stays. Rather than make smaller amounts of hot food she filled up the warmer and the eggs dried out to where they were not edible. The cereal choices were both high in sugar. There was no sugar free syrup for the waffles. When we returned to our room one night, our door had been left ajar and not locked by housekeeping. When our bed was made each day, the bottom sheet was not checked and it was not pulled around the bottom of the mattress. We have stayed here several years in a row for pumpkin show as we are vendors there. Front desk staff were not very friendly. The remodel in the bathroom was nice but other things were not as expected.

Literally seconds ago today, Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at approximately 8:57 AM EST, after cancelling my reservation due to personal matters beyond my control, I was met with what I thought was a pleasant young lady who took my call. With this in mind, I have been a Choice Member for over 20 years, I can honestly say within the last ten years, customer service has drastically changed and became very unpleasant and unprofessional. Nevertheless, I got my reservation cancelled for today, she began to say that no cancellation was provided to give to me, again I am a loyal member, I know that's not true! I said politely Choice always provides both confirmation and cancellation numbers, she immediately hung up the phone! Very rude, unprofessional, and not the Choice Brand & Franchise I know!

The first room I was in was on the first floor. The window would not lock so I did not feel secure. They put me in an upper floor room. This room smelled like a mix of mustiness and weed and there was a condom wrapper on the floor. This little treasure find understandably raised my concerns about the cleanliness of the sheets, which further lowered my confidence when I found a foreign hair on the fitted sheet. Maybe the sheets had been washed but I’m not certain. It seems that there is a low standard when it comes to care and cleanliness of the rooms. The irony of the word “quality” cannot be overstated in this case.

Please do not stay in this hotel. It was horrible and extremely bad location smelled like marijuana rooms were not clean smelled bad was scared to leave my truck in the parking lot for fear of it being stolen beds. Beds were like sleeping on a pile of boulders ended up, checking out 2 1/2 hours later and going to another town and staying in another hotel.

Great location for where I needed it the rooms were mostly clean except where the maid missed boogers on the wall the morning staff was friendly the evening staff looked at us as if we were an annoying nat there was full breakfast bar wasnt to bad normal mediocre hotel breakfast over all not a bad place to sleep beds were very firm
