Hampton Inn Circleville

My sister and I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I booked one room for two nights and another room for one night. On the second night, my check-in time for the room was supposed to be 4:00 PM, but I was unable to actually check into a clean room until 8:45 PM. Around 4:30 PM, the front desk gave me the keys and told me to wait until 5:30 PM because the room still needed to be cleaned. I checked the room every hour, and each time it was still filthy and clearly had not been cleaned. Nothing was done until after I went back to the front desk again that evening. Only then was the room finally cleaned around 8:45 PM. I documented the situation and have video proof of each time I checked the room, showing that it had not been cleaned during

If ur a local pls dont stay here. They will hold 250 and find a reason to keep it. So i made sure to take pics and also cleaned the room spotless. Took linens off bed etc. My son is 3 and just had tonsil surgery right before our stay and he dripped a few spits of chocolate milk out of his mouth. I took pics and what do u know they charged me 250 for excessive cleaning fee. When all they had to do is wash linens like they should ve doing regardless. When i contacted hotel the manager was rude and hang up on me. I ask nicely to see pics of the excessive damage. If ur gonna blame me shouldn't u have proof. I have pics because i already knew they was gonna try something. He has no pics and made a statement that's why we dont rent to locals. Also my car was towed during a paid stay. My

Positive: Everything! It was extremely clean, staff was so personable and professional, breakfast was very clean and very good. Pool was amazing! Close to shopping and food. One of the best stays I've had anywhere! Negative: No.

I am a traveling contractor and I typically go for whatever hotels are cheapest. But when it comes to Circleville the Hampton inn Is my go to, rooms are clean, showers hot and most importantly they have an amazing front desk staff. Neeraj was the first to notice the fact I was coming into town often for work and went out of his way to make me feel more like I was coming back home than a quick nights rest anywhere I could find. I would highly recommend this hotel for those just passing by or for those looking for a place to stay if they are planning something in the area.

Yes, just a Hampton, but it was quite noticeable how clean, upscale and comfortable it was. All the little touches were done right and immaculate. The room was very good (clean, large, ours was either still new or refurbished, no scents at all, everything in perfect working order) and actual room to set 2 open carry-on suitcases. Like I said, "just" a Hampton but a couple cuts above average.
