Quality Inn & Suites Beaumont

This is a budget friendly hotel conveniently located right off of I-10. The hotel is older, yet the rooms are furnished nicely, the beads are comfortable and the shower worked well. The Breakfast selection is slightly limited, however you can find something for everyone (even someone that's picky like me). I must say this hotel actually serves real scrambled eggs, that are excellent!! *Naveed, did a fantastic job managing both the front desk & the breakfast area. If it wasn't for Naveed the rating would be only 3 stars, however I have given the full 5 because of his ability to solve the issue I experienced & how friendly he was. **Room for improvement section: to increase efficiency and not over work a single employee, a second employee should be available to assist with the breakfast a

Navid at the front desk was very accommodating after I made a mistake booking online. He went out of his normal way to correct my error ans get us in our room. Good location, easy access to hwy. Clean rooms. I would recommend

The woman who checked me in was AWESOME(I wish I could remember her name). She made sure I was on the first floor!!! The room was nice, inexpensive and the breakfast was very good. My only complaint is the location! I would not suggest this Quality Inn for someone traveling alone due to the location. Besides that, I have no complaints!

I booked several days in advance and received a confirmed rate. When I arrived, they told me my reservation had been canceled because they “couldn’t honor the price” since rates went up that weekend. They tried to charge me almost double. Customer service was no help. I had to find another hotel that same night. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Quality Inn - Beaumont, TX. Quiet area, clean, comfortable room, with the amenities my family needed. Special thanks to Ms Elizabeth. This was not a leisure trip and there was a lot of stress involved. I booked this hotel through Priceline. Somehow, there was a total mix-up in the reservation (Priceline's fault) which added to the stress level. However, Ms Elizabeth did a stellar job in rectifying the situation and I will forever be thankful to her for her efforts. Yes, I would recommend this hotel.
