Quality Inn & Suites at The Outlets Mercedes/Weslaco

Very clean room upon arrival. Quiet location. The breakfast selection is good. Aracely went out of her way to make sure we had enough of whatever we needed. It was also very pleasant to see her smiling at any point of the day. The front reception staff also were friendly and polite. I will be sure to come back next time I am in the area.

The tv cable was down thTV. hole time. Shower was only warm not hot. The breakfast was poor. The toilet seat broke in our first room and had to move to another room.Telephone did not work.

Positive: Location close to the border bridge. Negative: Single female and wouldn’t give me a first floor room. Had to wait over 5 min for someone to be at the front desk to check in. Found an old razor blade on the floor.

This choice hotel was very clean , the front desk clerk was so nice as well as the lady I booked with over the phone they treated me so nice as a rewards member . It’s right next to whataburger so they was a plus and dog friendly with out the outrageous fee

Tried putting us in a room at very end. Elevator was out if order for guests Front Bathroom was out of order for guests Breakfast only had frozen off brand burrito
