La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mercedes Outlet Mall

I made multiple trips to the area for work & stayed at this hotel. Had minor issues though out my stays, but nothing to complain about. Until today, when I had a maintenence employee tell me to move my car. Apparently, this man is in charge of all things at this hotel & is comfortable enough to tell the customers what to do. Management(or lack thereof of) should keep this man away from paying customers & have him focus on the run down, beat up rooms. Maybe paint something. I'lll be back in the area for the next 8 weeks and WILL NOT stay here again.

Only reason for 4 star is the place smells like poop! Not like walking in after someone at a bathroom smell but like lingering smell after. I'm sure it's ventilation problem but the rest of the place and people are great! Hot tub and pool don't meet standards but sure it's off season so let that slide this time!

This is one of many stays at this LaQuinta Inn in Mercedes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was varied and hot. Coffee fresh.

Great stay , no problem booking online and was a 5min process , fast and easy .Good service at the front desk .Clean bed covers, clean shower towels and comfortable bed and. Pillows.Would definitely stay here every time we come to the Valley . Thank you

Upon departing work, we encountered a power outage, and the establishment lacked a backup generator. The daily room service was commendable, and the provided Dove bodywash was appreciated. The air conditioning, television, and overall room aesthetics were satisfactory. While the beds were adequate, the availability of multiple pillows was a positive aspect. The absence of a sink cover resulted in noticeable odors during teeth-brushing. Despite these minor drawbacks, the stay was generally pleasant, though the aforementioned issues prevented a five-star rating.
