Quality Inn & Suites at Coos Bay

Negative: The hotel is old. Hot water in the shower took literally 5 minutes to warm up. Hot tub was out of order. Sidewalk outside was slippery because of rain. Positive: The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. Price was good.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at the Quality Inn in N. Bend Oregon & we wouldn't stay anywhere else!! We stayed in a gorgeous single king & the rate was excellent, room was nice & clean, bed was perfectly soft but not too soft, we don't like hard beds. As professional house cleaner, I REALLY APPRECIATED THE CLEANLINESS! Shower head was huge, rain shower style, luved our shower! It's conveniently acrossed the street from Thai's restaurant that BEVER disappoints & we always look fwd to the Pancakes Mill in Coos Bay, a short distance away! The front desk staff was so very helpful, kind, professional, courteous & friendly! We give it a "10!!!"

We stayed here for three nights.|Very friendly staff. A nice working jacuzzi. Despite its position in a Mall the hotel had lovely well kept grounds.|Excellent breakfast in a large dedicated room and this was well serviced by a pleasant lady.|No housekeeping, we did request fresh towels that we collected from reception.|Unfortunately, on arrival the toilet was blocked. This was quickly sorted by Madison, who was pleasant throughout out stay.|We would recommend this hotel.

Close to North Bend Aquatic Center where I was doing an event. Rooms felt modern and updated. The bathtub and fixtures were a little dated, but the rest of the room was newer. The front desk was super helpful and helped right away. It was quiet and had free wifi with good connection. No swimming pool, but overall very nice.

We go to Coos Bay for New Year's every year, and this is the 2nd year we've stayed here, and we like it very much. I think the rooms may have been updated since our last stay. Everything was new and clean. A couple of minor issues (TV remote was temperamental, and the thing that changes the faucet to the shower needs attention...water still came out faucet, so the water pressure in shower wasn't the best) but neither impacted our stay. I honestly feel that the complaints about the breakfast are unfair, considering most hotel/motels don't even offer anything these days. I feel like the options are perfectly adequate, and save time and $ going elsewhere for breakfast. The breakfast room is lovely...spacious, nice decor and clean. The location is convenient...it's at a mall, so no pretty view
