Positive: The beds are so comfy! We’ve stayed at a lot of the resorts in the area and surprisingly the beds here far exceeded my expectations Negative: Bathrooms could use some renovation, but other than that it’s great

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was treated rudely and with what felt like clear prejudice by the man working the front desk. After checking in, I went to my room and immediately noticed multiple issues: the room was freezing cold, the curtains were ripped, and the lampshades were broken. Because of the temperature, I called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket. He was resistant and only agreed if I came down to get it myself. When handing it to me, he made a comment that they “keep track of their blankets” and warned me not to steal it. That comment was offensive, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. When i arrived the service was terrible. The man at the front desk was rude, condescending and lacked the competency to search up a reservation with a reservation number. Additionally when I got to my room none of the lights were working. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom is despicable. The showers had appeared to be multiple public hairs in it from the previous guests. Furthermore the room had an aroma of cigarettes when it was booked as a non smoking room. The smoke detector in the room was deliberately covered in plastic by either the management or previous guests. Moreover the hot water in the room would not work and with it being winter the heater would not warm up the room. I left early and found a new hotel. Avoid This Spot.

The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the carpets could use a cleaning. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to casinos. The internet was not strong enough for me to stream on my tablet.

Very convenient location, super friendly staff, clean rooms (although a bit dated in the bathroom but I didn't mind). I also really liked the specialty coffee maker at breakfast. You can make coffee or drinks like a latte or hot chocolate. I had a 5 star experience even though I wouldn't consider it a 5 star hotel in terms of luxury. The location is near the casinos and I feel the price is very reasonable. I would definitely stay again!
