Americas Best Value Inn Wendover

The rooms are better than you might expect for a budget motel with an older looking exterior. I felt safe and comfortable for my short stay. My room did not a have even a small mini refrigerator, so bear that in mind when planning.

No coffee pot, microwave, or fridge in the room. Room was like an icebox from 6pm- about 4 am even with the heat up to 80... It barely blew warm air. Bed was comfortable though.. the guy at the front desk made a couple comments that got under my skin.. I'm a big girl... Not really big though and he made comments like... Can you walk up the stairs? And use the wider stairs at the side of the building because the front stairs are to narrow for you... May have just been me being sensitive but it is what it is..

Positive: Location. Outlet in bedside lamp. Negative: Broken light fixture, shredded carpet, walls cracked. Coffee execrable.

Best sleep I've had in ages because I have a bad back. My cats were happy with all the smells in the carpet, just rolled and rolled and rolled! But, I didn't smell anything but clean. Amenities, like towels, bedding, etc, could use some updating, but again, I slept so soundly and deep that I woke up having to remember where I was. Many kudos for that!

Disgusting was traveling thru the area was looking for a motel easy to get my parents in and out of with outside doors. We got a room on 09/08/2025 When we went in are room. Room 126 there was dirty toilet paper laying on the floor toothpaste splattered up the bathroom mirror. The curtains would not cover the complete window. This motel was absolutely disgusting. Stay far way. We did not stay. Went right back up to the front desk and asked for a refund. The employee said I would receive a call from the manager Gary the next morning. I waited 3 days never heard anything. I called the motel and Gary answered the phone. He is refusing to give a refund. Go next door to the motel 6 if you need a room it was dated but Atleast it was clean
