Well upon checking out the front desk lady went to check the room before giving my deposit back and she said “you only stayed a day?” Me “yes ma’am there was 10 fruit loops left on the floor I was running behind they lady said if I’m not checked out by 11am yall keep my deposit” her “well for it being one night it was messy! And we would keep it if you wasn’t down here”! In disbelief because over 10 fruit loops and the beds not made? Everything was in fine other than that! Just absolutely rude for no reason!!

We booked a room with a King bed and jacuzzi tun, jets did not work on the tub.|SO we decided to go check out the pool. We were not told the pool was closed, it was green and hasn't been maintained. Trash sitting outside the back doors for the length of our stay. |When I had let the front desk girl know the jacuzzi tub was not working she was on the phone with another guest, this is when I found out from her telling him the pool was closed. She didn't put him on hold and had me tell her about the jacuzzi. She said we would be discounted, but at this point have not, days after check out. |Breakfast was decent.

Rented a room for Valentine’s Day and I will NEVER GO BACK! Tried to make it so special for him and it was an all around disappointment. Got the jacuzzi room there was no tub stopper. Went to the front seat had to wait 10 mins for someone to show up and then he had to call someone else to find out if they had one. He gave me one problem solved. Tried all night to get to use it and there was NO HOT WATER! The ac didn’t work had to turn on the fan and open the window. The fridge was not getting anything cold that we put in it. There was hair all through out the tub I had to clean it myself. Went to the front desk a little before 11 pm and told them there was no hot water. She tried to give us another room ( that was someone else’s) but that room had no hot water either. She called a manager

I stayed for 6 days and had absolutely NO hot water for showers. I complained multiple times and moved rooms but the issue remained. There was also cockrochs in the bathroom. My heat went out in the middle of the night. They only have 4 employees to run the entire hotel so the cleanliness was pretty bad. I am not normally a complainer but this was absolutely the worst stay in my life.

****read before booking**** My family and I booked a room here for the 25th and 26th of December and when we checked in the room we booked was supposed to have a hot tub ours didn't and because we booked 3rd party through a website they wouldn't fix the room which we understood. But as we set in the room we was given something just felt "off" but seeing how we had just driven 5 hours we was tired so we was bout to call it a day.
