Quality Inn Pinehurst Area

This Quality Inn is the definition of a run down poorly maintained motel. My room was dirty and clearly had been smoked in despite being labeled non-smoking. There were cigarette burns on the desk chair and lampshade, mold in the room, and the bathroom was filthy. The door was not secure. The entire room smelled terrible and was unclean. It was so bad that even though I paid for two nights, I let. I would never stay here again.

This reservation was a last minute walk in and hope they have a room kind of stay. I was welcomed at the front desk with a warm smile and kindness that is not found often these days. I do travel with my service dog and this particular weekend was one that I was not feeling my best. I was given a room in the adjacent building and found it quiet, accessible and very welcoming for my k9 partner. thank you quality inn pinehurst for such a bright spot in my stay last weekend! the room was clean, odor free and ground floor. keys always worked (I often times have to return to the front desk and get my card key reprogrammed) and honestly, the stay was very quiet. the uniqueness of this property is very accommodating for anyone with a 4 legged travel companion. lots of grass for her to str

Positive: Reasonably priced clean hotel! Did not disappoint Negative: Breakfast could be better. Need USB charging ports in room at least 1 on desk. They're so common these days I almost didn't bring an adaptor... glad I did.

Booked my room at 6 PM, requested late check in for 6 AM. Called at 5 AM to double check. Enplyee tells me he checked me out during his Audit and that it was "company policy". So I'm essentially screwed, have to sleep in my work truck. But guess what? He didn't check me out. He lied. I had to call the provider and jump through 30 hoops to cancel a reservation I never wanted to cancel, due to an employee being too dense to figure out how to handle a late check in. Will NEVER stay here, or at any other CHOICE location again. Enjoy your day.

Ugh.. I wish I only had enough time to properly convey just how dissatisfying this property really is. As a matter of fact, the list of subpar to great things regarding this hotel and it's staff is much, much shorter than the number of things which will make your skin crawl at night. So, to save you all the energy, I will list all the things that I found to be positive about the Quality Inn Pinehurst Area in Aberdeen, North Carolina.. 1.) PRICE... Because, well.. unfortunately with this property, you truly do get what you pay for.. which is why you only pay $40/night to stay in Pinehurst's hidden gem of a roach infestation- NOT to mention the snobby people who run it.
