Quality Inn Parsons North

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was very convenient — close to my work location, which made my trip stress-free and efficient. The breakfast options were delicious, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

When I went to take a shower one of the wash clothes was wet and dirty and the bath mat was wet. The breakfast sign said 6:30-10:30 I went at 9:30 and everything was put away except for a banana and small muffin Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable. Checkin was quick and easy

I have stayed at this location before and they tend to do things right. Occupancy seemed rather low the night I was there so I didn’t expect much for breakfast, but the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Climate control in the room worked flawlessly and I was definitely able to get cool enough to sleep on a hot night. Check in check out staff were friendly and efficient.

Only good thing about this hotel was the location. Got in the room and had to wipe down our own furniture as it was dirty. We were allowed to check in early Friday then Saturday morning were told we were to check out after they edited our stay details. We asked multiple times if it was okay to check in early and not once was it mentioned that our stay would be edited then was told we would have to pay for another night. Thankfully the hotel across the street was more than welcoming to take us in after we packed our bags and left. Also prior to posting this ( i had Just got off the phone with the other hotel we are now staying in.) we noticed someone had been in our room while we were gone as there was someone else’s hair in our bathroom and the sign we had on the door was missing. This hotel is home to a poltergeist. Not nefarious or negative. But likes to slam the stairwell door handle on the 2nd floor. Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. I don't mind paranormal so it didn't bother me. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
