Quality Inn Ocean Springs - Biloxi East

When I washed my face, I'm assuming the way the sink was installed, water was all over the counter and running into the floor. I used one hand towel to get it up. The next morning after breakfast, I asked for another hand towel. The person looked and said she couldn't find and and would bring them to my room. Never happened. We would have run out of toilet paper, but we usually travel with extra, so I didn't have to ask for more toilet paper. Also, the bed was very soft..mattress probably needs to be replaced. I recently attempted to make a reservation at this property and had a disappointing experience with the staff, particularly with an employee named Dana (if that is her correct name). As a single mother traveling from out of state, I called to ask reasonable questions regarding pet accommodations and the safety of the property. Instead of receiving helpful information, I was met with rudeness and was even hung up on during the conversation. I was told there would be a $500 fee for bringing in pets without disclosure, despite the fact that I specifically stated I intended to book with pets in mind. I was also informed of a $30 deposit, though the way it was communicated made me question its accuracy. For a hotel of this rating, the level of customer service was well below expectations. Unf

Not much of a complainer, especially with budget friendly hotels, but since “the manager” threatened me and my husband, I will be so kind to give a review. We came in and had a super sweet older woman check us in. She noted that the hotel did not have an option for an infant and we had booked a king. She switched us to a double queen so we can have the baby sleep on the extra bed. Sadly, that was the last of our good experience. Upon entering the room, we noted holes in the walls and a wobbly warm fridge (with no freezer to store breast milk). We were tired and decided it was fine for the night. Took photos of the holes for reference in case someone somewhere accused us of ill doing (ironic foreshadowing). After using the plumbing, we noticed water beside the bed and behind the toilet.

The hotel is convenient. The rooms are clean and the people were very nice. The price was amazing. It's not fancy but met all our needs. Definitely would stay here again

Do not see how this place still has business. Whole room was extremely dirty. Shower floor was falling through. all the linens had such bad stains that I didn’t even trust if they were clean or not. my light grey socks were black just by wearing them in the room for maybe 30 minutes so that floor hasn’t seen a mop since opening. We purchased a non-smoking room but the room reeked of marijuana and cigarettes every-time we walked in. Could not get that smell to leave. Extremely noisy because the road is right out front and the train is directly out the back. Train ran wee hours into the night and shook the whole place. The door could’ve been broken down with one kick. It didn’t even fully close. The extra overhead lock was falling off the wall. Door latch was loose. Never felt safe staying h
