Quality Inn Noblesville-Indianapolis

Staying here served a purpose. That’s the best I can say. The continental breakfast was awful. The family that was in the room next to us had zero control over their kids. One kept trying to open the door between our adjoining room. At one point it was like everyone staying on our hall were opening and slamming doors on a rotating basis. They also made zero attempts to clear their parking lot of ice the way other businesses did. We plan to return to Noblesville for a week but will definitely not return here.

My stay was beyond amazing! The staff was helpful and quick to treat their guests with respect. Room was clean and ready for me. Breakfast was great. Couldn’t ask for better!!!!

Positive: How close to the venue it was. Negative: Yes, the room had so many issues. The tv didn’t work properly, the bathroom was a disaster with damaged grout and water damage. My friend stubbed his toe on piece of grout that exposed from the tile and the stairs were not up to code causing me to trip.

The air conditioner worked which is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. It was dirty (bathroom and general condition), outdated (very old shower stall with cheap plastic curtain) and tired. It appeared there were several "long-term tenants" in the rooms near where I was located. Odor of marijuana prevalent the first of my 2 night stay while visiting in the area. Poor showing for the advertised breakfast with no seating.

Because as I chose to stay in the same hotel for convenience and book with my points the front desk associate a different one tried to argue with me again regarding my service dogs. I already explained that it was handled with your Gm after I had to complain to corporate. Then she goes to say I need to provide my service dogs licensing which is also not required or allowed to even ask. Per ADA they are allowed to ask what service they are for and what task they perform. This entire staff needs to be trained on ADA per HUD as this is a huge violation. There was also mold on the same ceiling. They also gave me a new room and decided to switch me back to the same room I was in the previous night which was fine but keep in mind I checkout at 11am 9/08 assuming I did not need an extra night I
